How to Initiate Your Return:
Simply send us an email with the products you wish to return. Be sure to include your order ID, the email address associated with the order, and the name on the order. This will help us identify your package quickly. Our returns department will follow up with the next steps.
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that any shipping charges incurred are not eligible for a refund.
- Items must be in their original condition when returned. If any items are opened, the return will be denied, and no refund will be issued.
- Depending on your region, a $4.90 Processing & Restock Fee may apply.
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process and become available in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your returned package was processed and you haven’t seen your refund, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for an update.
