This updated system has replaced our previous Rewards Program — no more points to redeem & track, just simple credit you can spend.

Store credit is linked to the email address on your Activation Account.

What You Need to Know:

• All existing Rewards Points in your account have been converted to store credit
• From now on, 5% of every order (before tax and shipping) is added to your store credit balance
• Your store credit is automatically available at checkout — no codes, no tracking, no fuss
• No sign-up required — just use the same email for each order to earn credit
• Store credit is not applicable to subscription renewals at this time

How to View Your Store Credit Balance:

• Log in to your account with the email you used to order
• Look for the “Store Credit” pop-up in the bottom right corner
• Click it to view your balance anytime

Using Your Store Credit:

• You’ll see your available store credit at checkout when items are in your cart
• You must spend at least $60 to use store credit.
• Store credit can cover up to 50% of your subtotal, with a maximum of $40 store credit per order.
• If you use store credit, discount codes cannot be applied to the same order.
