Why isn't my discount working?Updated a month ago
Here are a few common reasons your discount code might not be working — plus some quick tips to help you get things sorted and save!
🔐 One Discount Per Order
Only one discount code can be used per order; no discount stacking. Multiple offers cannot be combined on one order.
🔁 Subscriptions & Discounts
Most discount codes from Activation Products cannot be applied to renewing subscription orders. These are for one-time purchases of products available on our website.
However, Reward Codes (redeemed from points) are accepted on renewing subscription orders.
🔐 One Discount Per Order
Make sure you're logged in. Some discount codes are personalized and linked to your email, so you’ll need to be signed in to your account to validate and apply them successfully.
🛍️ Storewide Sales & Promotions
Discount codes—including Rewards Codes—cannot be applied to items that are part of storewide sales or special promotions on our website.
🛠️ Having trouble using your discount?
- Check the Code Restrictions: Some codes are only valid on single-bottle purchases. Bundles, packs, and subscriptions are often excluded since they're already discounted by up to 20%.
- Make Sure It Hasn’t Been Used: Many codes are one-time use only, so if you’ve used it before, it won’t work again.
- Has It Expired? Rewards Codes never expire, but other promotional codes might.
