Why isn't my discount working?Updated 2 months ago

At Activation Products, we value transparency and fairness in our pricing and promotions. To ensure clarity for our customers, we have established clear guidelines regarding the application of discount codes and promotions:

  • One Discount Per Order: We do not allow the stacking of two discount codes on a single order. This means that customers cannot combine a Rewards Discount code with another discount code provided to them.
  • Discounts and Subscriptions: Reward Discount codes can only be applied to subscription orders. No other discounts can be used in conjunction with subscription orders.
  • Storewide Sales and Special Promotions: Discounts cannot be applied to items that are part of storewide sales or special promotions. These events are designed to offer already reduced prices, and thus additional discounts cannot be applied.

Troubleshooting Discount Code Issues

If you encounter difficulties while adding a discount code, please consider the following points:

  • Regular Priced Items: Ensure that all items in your cart are regular-priced items and do not include any items already on sale.
  • Single Use: Check if you have already applied a discount code to your cart. Most discount codes are for one-time use only.
  • No Double Discounts: Verify that you are not attempting to apply two discount codes to a single order. Our system only accepts one discount code per transaction.
  • Previously Used: Ensure the discount code has not already been used. Many of our discounts are limited to one-time use per customer.
