Step 1: Access Your Vault

First, log into your account and access your VIP Vault.

On the left-hand side menu of your Vault, 
under Live VIP ONLY Q&A with Ian Clark 
select 'Submit your question for Ian'.

Step 3: Submit Your Question

Scroll to the very bottom of the page. 
The comment box is a little hidden—it's located below the last customer comment.
Type your question and hit publish.
