Reschedule a subscription orderUpdated 5 months ago
A subscription can be rescheduled online at any time before it renews.
Step 1: Log in to your account on our website.
Step 2: Select the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
Step 3: View all upcoming orders by selecting the "View upcoming orders" button.
Step 4: Locate the order you wish to reschedule and click the "Edit" button on the right side of this order details.
Step 5: Click the "Reschedule" button on the top side of the order details.
Step 6: Choose whether to delay the order by 1 or 2 weeks, or select a specific order processing date. If you opt for a specific date, pick the new rescheduled date for the order.
Step 7: Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom to apply your changes.
