Directions:

Initial Use: Shake well before use. Prime the sprayer by pumping it a few times. Tilt your head back and spray 2-3 times per hour for the first 4-5 hours, expelling any waste material as needed.

Ongoing Use: After the initial period, use 2-3 sprays up to twice a day for the next 30 days. Monitor the amount of mucus expelled daily, as this can vary depending on the congestion in your nasal passages. For some individuals, particularly depending on age, achieving full nasal clarity may take up to 90 consecutive days.

Note: The product may feel intense during the initial phase as it clears toxins and microbes from your nasal passages. This sensation will diminish after 4-5 uses.

For Optimal Results:

Positioning: Lie on your back with your shoulders and head slightly off the edge of the bed. Tilt your head back so your nostrils face the ceiling. This will allow you to breathe easily through your mouth and talk during treatment.

Application: Insert the spray nozzle gently into one nostril and pump 12 sprays. Immediately repeat the process in the other nostril. Keep the bottle vertical to ensure proper dispensing.

Post-Application: Hold the liquid in your nasal passages for 3 minutes while keeping your head tilted back. You may feel mild discomfort for the first 15 seconds, but this will quickly subside. After 3 minutes, sit up and gently blow your nose to expel any remaining liquid and loosened material. You may need to blow your nose a few more times within the next 10 minutes as your sinuses continue to clear.

Sprays per Bottle:

Perfect Nasal 30ml (1oz): Each bottle contains 240 sprays.

The number of servings per bottle will vary depending on your daily spray usage and frequency. For ongoing use, we recommend 3-6 sprays per day, while the initial use (on the first day) may require up to 12 sprays. Due to these variations, the exact number of servings per bottle can be difficult to determine. One bottle could last several months, depending on your usage.
