How to Use
Fill the sprayer bottle with a mixture of iodine and water, half and half. Each spray delivers 30mcg of iodine. Administer 5 sprays (0.2ml per spray) onto the back of the throat.

How to Use:
Using the dropper (pipette) included in your order, add 2.7 ml of iodine to a half glass of water.
If you prefer to use the iodine in spray form, ensure that your spray nozzle dispenses 0.2 ml per spray. Fill the spray bottle with a mixture of iodine and water, in a 1:1 ratio. Administer 5 sprays (0.2 ml per spray) to the back of the throat.

❓What colour should my Iodine be?
Perfect Iodine at 300 PPM initially appears amber. As the gas evaporates, the color gradually transitions to clear.
❓Can I take my products together?
It’s best to separate supplements and other medications by 1-2 hours. However, when taken on an empty stomach, Solaris and Perfect Iodine can be used with a 20-minute interval, as both are easily digested.
