How to Use (Pipette & Sprayer)
For 800 mcg Iodine Intake — Using the dropper (pipette) included in your order, add 2.7 ml of iodine to a half glass of water.
For 150 mcg Iodine Intake — Use iodine in spray form and ensure your spray nozzle dispenses 0.2 ml per spray. Spray bottles are available upon request with your order.
Mix a 50/50 solution of iodine and water, and apply 5 sprays to the back of the throat.
