Natural Oral Care Routine Using Activation Products

Below is a suggested oral hygiene routine that incorporates natural oils and minerals to support fresh breath, gum comfort, and overall mouth wellness.
🖤 Morning: Black Cumin Oil Mouth Rinse
How to Use:
- Take 1 tsp of Perfect Press Black Cumin Oil.
- After breakfast, swish and gently chew the oil for 60 seconds (or up to 2 minutes).
- Gargle in the back of your throat for 15 seconds.
- Swallow and follow with a small sip of water.
Why: Black Cumin Oil is naturally rich in beneficial compounds that can help soothe the mouth and support a clean, refreshed feeling. Many customers report reduced plaque, fresher breath, and brighter-looking teeth with regular use.
💧 After Meals: Ease Magnesium Spray
How to Use:
- After eating, wait a few minutes, then apply 1 spray of Ease Magnesium directly into the mouth.
- Swish gently for a few seconds and swallow.
Why: Brushing immediately after meals can be harsh on softened enamel. Magnesium may help support natural remineralization and calm the mouth post-meal. Ease is absorbed quickly through the soft tissues in the mouth and gums.
🦷 For Receding Gums & Gum Care
Receding gums are often linked to oral bacteria buildup. Alongside proper brushing technique (always brushing up and away from the gum line), customers find that regular oil pulling with Black Cumin Oil may help support gum wellness.

🌙 Nighttime Rinse: Solaris Protocol
Every second evening before bed:
- Add 1 drop of Solaris to 1 oz of water.
- Swish in the mouth for 30–60 seconds and swallow.
