Oral hygiene protocols discussed by Ian
Daily Mouth Wash Black Cumin (1 teaspoon per day)
In the morning, after breakfast swish in mouth and chew for 60 seconds minimum preferably 2 minutes (kills bacteria) - gargle in the back of throat for 15 seconds (cleans tongue and throat) - swallow and wash down with a little water.
Your mouth will absorb all the beneficial things within the oil, soothes and calms the mouth, removes bacterial over load. When removing mouth bacteria not only does the ivory colour come back, helps to alleviates bad breath but it rids of plaque and prevents further build up.
Ease Magnesium & Enamel
Never brush your teeth after a meal: After eating your mouth is acidic and the enamel is soft.
After eating while enamel is soft apply 1 spray of Ease and swish for a few seconds. This is absorbed right into the teeth to support bone strength & enamel health.
Receding Gums
A major cause to receding gum lines is due to bacteria build up. Never brush down - always brush up and away from your gums.
Black Cumin Oil Pulling will do massive repair to gum health (See 'Daily Mouth Wash Black Cumin')
Night Time Solaris Rinse
Every 2nd day before bed add 1 drop of Solaris to 1 oz of water. Swish for 30-60 seconds and swallow.
Ian mentions Solaris not only helps your body, but really helps to clean up the teeth as well. This will ensure they are kept super clean for the night ahead.
Perfect Iodine
Perfect Iodine
When spraying iodine to the back of the throat/ mouth this can help to eliminate any lingering bacteria and can also have a positive effects on the sinuses.
Perfect K2D3
Taking our Perfect K2D3 on a regular basis. D3 helps to release the calcium your body acquires or make it available while vitamin K2 helps your body use calcium correctly, resulting in strong, healthy bones and teeth. K2-MK7 acts as an air traffic controller, directing calcium exactly where it needs to go. In your body, it also prevents calcium deposits from forming in your blood vessels, arteries, joints, kidneys, liver, or other soft tissue.
