Understanding Import Fees, Taxes, and Restrictions for International Shipments

At Activation Products, we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process for our international customers. However, once an international package reaches customs in your country, our ability to intervene is limited.

Documents, Import Fees and Taxes

When ordering products internationally, it's crucial to understand the potential additional costs associated with import fees and taxes. The courier delivering your package will require payment of any necessary import fees before releasing your package to you.

As a customer, you are also responsible for paying any applicable import taxes, customs duties, quarantine fees, or any necessary documents. These charges are separate from your initial shipping cost and will be billed directly to you by your local customs office.

To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on import fees that may apply to your shipment.

Import Restrictions

Each country has its own set of laws and regulations regarding the importation of products, particularly nutritional supplements. It is your responsibility to verify that purchasing such products from Canada is permissible in your country.

If a package is denied entry and returned to the sender, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund. Additionally, if a package is abandoned and disposed of according to customs regulations and guidelines, it will not be eligible for a refund.

For more specific information about import restrictions and regulations, please consult your local customs office.

By being aware of these potential fees and restrictions, you can ensure a smoother and more informed shopping experience with Activation Products.
