Return Window
You have the flexibility to return any unwanted items within 60 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Item Condition
To qualify for a return, the items being returned must remain intact and in the same condition as when received. If any items are opened, the return will be denied, and a refund will not be issued for such items.
Processing & Restock Fee
Depending on your region, a $4.90 Processing & Restock fee may apply. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing returns and will be deducted from your final refund.
Refund Issuance
Once your return is approved by our support team, a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for these funds to process and become available in your account.
