How can I correct my order if it has been shipped to the wrong address?Updated 8 months ago

If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address, we suggest the following:

  • Contact the delivery carrier to inform them of the error. They may be able to retrieve the package and redirect it to the correct address.
  • Reach out to the current recipient if possible to see if they can either hold the package or help redirect it to your intended address.

Please take these steps as soon as you become aware of the incorrect delivery to address the issue promptly.
