Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We know how important it is for everything in your order to be just right — from the items in your cart to where they’re headed. That’s why we always encourage a quick double-check before you click Place Order. Make sure your product selections, quantities, payment method, and shipping address are all correct.
Once your order is processed, it’s immediately sent to our third-party fulfillment partner. At that point, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the shipment — it’s already on its way to you!
If you’re having trouble updating your cart, or if you notice a mistake before placing your order, please reach out to us first. We’re happy to help make any adjustments before your order is finalized and sent out for fulfillment.
