Allergic Reactions to Supplements: What to Know
While allergic reactions to our products are extremely rare, it’s important to remember that everyone’s body is different. Even with natural organic ingredients, sensitivities or reactions can occur from time to time.
🌿 General Caution with Supplements
If you’re trying a product for the first time, we always recommend:
- Starting slowly with a small amount
- Monitoring how you feel
- Reviewing the ingredient list carefully, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities
Discontinue use immediately if you notice any unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, or digestive upset — and contact your healthcare provider if needed.
Detox Reactions vs. Allergic Reactions
Some products, such as Solaris, are designed to support the body’s natural detox processes. In these cases, you might notice temporary symptoms that feel like a mild cold or flu — including fatigue, mild headaches, or digestive changes. These typically pass within 3–4 days as the body clears out unwanted matter.
This is not an allergic reaction, but a response to detoxification, and is generally short-lived. That said, if symptoms persist or feel too strong, it’s best to pause use and consult a healthcare professional.
Not Sure What Caused a Reaction?
If you’ve started a new supplement and are unsure which product triggered a response, stop all new products and reintroduce them one at a time.
